But as @cacodayum already said: Concentrate on putting out quality art (maybe don't publish unfinished/unpolished pieces). That's the fastest way to getting scouted/scouted again.

Not sure, I forget how that stuff works. Just keep up the good work, post your works, share it in news posts, etc and it'll happen after a while. I don't think I have scouting privileges after a few scouts of multiple artists that became unscouted. (Iirc it's all based on ratings somehow)
